Condo Booking and
Availability
To confirm the
availability of our condo please refer to the "Availability Calendar" Security Deposit Guests are responsible for the loss, damage or breakage to the property or its contents during their stay. Therefore a refundable deposit of £200(GBP) or $300(USD) will be required, which will be held against any such occurrence. The deposit should be sent along with the balance payment. The property will be inspected both before and after your occupancy. The security deposit will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your arrival home assuming that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition. Terms and Conditions The rental charge is for up to 8 guests. We are sorry that no pets and no smoking are allowed in our property. The charge includes electricity, water, air conditioning, refuse collection, cable TV service, local telephone calls and the use of linen and towels. The rental charge includes all Florida taxes. The use of our property includes the full use of the amenities available at Windsor Hills Resort. However, from time to time it will be necessary for the resort to carry out essential repairs and maintenance to the pool and other facilities. The owners have no control over this and may not be notified in advance. We apologise if this happens but no refund can be made for any facilities unavailable during your stay. Liability No claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accident, loss or injury (however caused). We strongly advise an all inclusive holiday insurance cover. Cancellation In
the event of unforeseen circumstances, the party leader whose name appears
on the booking form must notify cancellation in writing. Cancellation will incur the following charges: ·
10 weeks or more prior to departure:
20% deposit ·
5 to 10 weeks prior to departure:
50% of total rental charge ·
Less than 5 weeks prior to departure:
Total rental charge If the balance of payment is not received by 10 weeks prior to departure, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking. | |
