Mark & Amanda's Condo

27th December 2011 - Our third stay in Mark and Amanda's in three successive years and as usual, the place was absolutely spotless on arrival. It is cosy and welcoming and we always look forward to coming back at the end of the day. We met both Ian and [HELEN?] from the management company and they were very helpful. All in all, another fantastic stay - Mark and Amanda's condo makes our holidays in Orlando so memorable and the kids never want to leave! We recommend the place to all our friends and family and will hopefully be back for visit number four!

The holiday was exhausting but worth it. Your instructions to the condo were great, as was all the information given re: shopping and eating out.

We loved your apartment, it was well located with easy access to every where we wanted to go. The facilities were excellent, both in the condo and onsite of the resort - cannot fault it at all. There was plenty of information inside the condo on places to visit. I particuarly liked the Windsor Hill leaflet on directions to get to places.

We would love to go back to America in the future and wouldn't hesitate to book your accommodation again. We would definitely recommend your condo to others.

Hi Mark

We had a great time in your condo again and it easily beats the other condo that we have tried in Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills really is in the best location.

I am not sure if we will make it back next year as out next child is due in January so, it might be a bit early to go again next year, but you never know… If we do you will be top of the list.

WOW!!! What a different vacation this was for us.... We actually slept in, chilled and relaxed by the pool. When we have been down to Florida in the past we typically do the parks until we can't walk anymore each day - usually a 10-12 hour day. I think being that the condo felt so much like home we didn't mind spending more time in it, versus a hotel room and wanting to only sleep there. So Mark and Amanda's condo definitely showed us a different way to vacation. THANK YOU! We were absolutely amazed at how accommodating your condo was for us.

Our daughter felt like a queen in such a large bedroom, bed, bathroom and especially the TV! She did get to play lots of soft ball and have an experience of a lifetime in the 2011 Fastpitch World Series at the Wide World of Sports. Hopefully she'll get this opportunity again in the future. Looking forward to returning.

We started our vacation as a party of 10 and stayed in a villa at Windsor Hills. When it was time for our friends to return home our family moved to the condo. We were delighted with the space and felt very much at home very quickly.

Our holiday has been busy, but I think we have been on most of the roller coasters/rides that the parks have to offer. Six year old Millie had a magical time at Disney (as did we all).

We have enjoyed the communal pool for our chill out days - it was great being so close to the condo. During our stay the last ever space shuttle was launched - very exciting.

Good food at Bahama Breeze, Outback, Cheesecake Factory at Millennium Mall and good food with entertainment in Cookes of Dublin at Downtown Disney.

Our holiday has been fantastic. Thanks Mark and Amanda.

We loved staying in your condo! The view for the fireworks was spectacular, especially on July 4th. We were fortunate to be here during Windsor Hills birthday and there was a great barbeque by the pool, a DJ and fun and games for everyone.

Thank you for letting us use your home in the sun. Great location and on-site facilities. We picked up a sheet of directions to all the major attractions and shopping malls from reception and this saved us a lot of time and stress.

The condo was spotless and a credit to the cleaners and the management company.

Our vacation has flown by! This was our third stay at Windsor Hills, but our first at Mark and Amanda's. What a lovely place! We were blessed with sunny weather and small numbers at all the parks. Our girls loved the pool, as always.

Not sure where to begin!! Firstly, totally agree with all previous comments here - fantastic condo, location, pool, etc. Practically neighbours with the great Mickey Mouse!!

Very grateful to the safety net on the balcony, especially with our 3 year old Daisy sitting out there with her breakfast.

Had great times at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Recommend Treasure Island, near St. Pete's Beach and Cocoa Beach - fantastic.

Fantastic restaurants include Bahama Breeze, Outback and Logans Roadhouse. We will definitely be back in a few years. Thanks Mark and Amanda so much.

I hope all is well with you.  I just wanted to take a moment and tell you what a wonderful time we had on our vacation while staying in your Orlando home.  The kids loved the Disney theme bedroom and bathroom.  The property management company was very helpful and pleasant in dropping off for us a confirmation showing our date change in stay.  This was our third time staying in Windsor Hills, yet your condo seemed to be the most spacious and updated of all.  We all enjoyed the pool and great weather.  Take care and thank you for sharing your lovely Orlando home with us.

The condo was amazing!  We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole resort.  My kids absolutely loved the pool, so much so that when we were at Disney World our kids would ask when we were going back to the condo to go swimming.  The condo itself was also just perfect.  Again, the kids were really excited to sleep in the Mickey Mouse beds everynight, and my wife and I really liked all the space for our family (2 adults, 3 kids, 1 baby, and my mother-in-law)  The patio was nice, we ate just about every meal out there and loved watching the fireworks before putting the kids to bed.  We definitely will stay here again, as long as it is available, in our future trips to Disney.  There is not one bad thing I could say about it.  Totally a perfect home away from home.

We stayed at Mark and Amanda's condo for Christmas and new year 2010/11. Our second visit and not our last. We cannot wait to come back again. The condo is a credit to Mark and Amanda and has been spotlessly clean for both our visits. On both occasions we have looked forward to 'coming home' and we recommend the place to all our friends. The kids absolutely love the pool and games room and the location could not be better for all the Orlando attractions and within 30 mins of Orlando airport. The condo is perfect for us (mum, dad, Eleanor 12, Polly 7 and Jacob 9 months) and it is our 'place to be' in Florida.

Hi Mark and Amanda, 

We had an amazing time!  The condo was perfect!  Even better than expected.  The high chair was very handy for the baby and our little girl LOVED the Mickey Mouse bedroom.  The pool was amazing and although the water was a bit chilly the first day it was very enjoyable for the rest of the week.  The weather was cool but with the heated pool we were still able to do a lot of swimming which we really enjoyed.  We did enjoy the fireworks at the Disney park one night and that was enough.   We would definitely love to stay at the condo again and hopefully will be able to make the trip back to Florida sooner rather than later.

We really liked the condo and the resort.  It was great to have the communal pool so close every day.  Our daughter loved all the Disney touches though being a rather active two year old we had to keep them all out of reach of her...  We also managed to see the Epcot fireworks from the balcony a couple of times.

The location of the resort is so convenient and having stayed in LBV (many times) and Davenport before it is so much faster to get everywhere via World Drive.  While LBV is geographically much closer to MK having to pass DTD and the four million traffic lights makes this much quicker – and that makes a huge difference.

This was our first holiday together in the condo and we tended to stick to the West Wing as there was so much space. The condo and all the Windsor Hills facilities were exceptionally clean and it was great to have the pool on our doorstep. The weather was gorgeous for our whole 12 day stay, 90+.

Thanks to Mark and Amandas recommendations we dined at some lovely restaurants and ate fantastic food. (I'm sure the bathroom scales will agree!). Bahama Breeze (great food), Olive Garden (Italian), Mannys Chophouse (great steak) and Red Lobster (great seafood - try Mah Mahi fish) were just a few of our highlights.

The theme parks were great fun and Clearwater beach is a must if you get the chance, around 1.5 hour drive. You can certainly never get bored here.

We tried our best so we could stay longer by performing the volcanic dance, but unfortunately it didn't work.

Thanks again to Mark and Amanda. We've had a fantastic holiday. We'll be back! :-)
